I've always been curious about the steps in which you take to deliver beautiful websites. What is your process?

I have been following your work and am incredibly inspired by your expertise in design especially. I already have good experience in the development in multiple technologies but I want to learn design from someone who already have experience in it. I believe that your guidance could be invaluable in helping me grow in this area.

I want to learn this, so it will help me give more value to the clients and will make   my digital products more faster.

I really love your style since mine is similar. I tend to do clean, minimal, but still infused with personality like yours.

I guess I'm wondering how long it took you to "get good". I find I'm still in the very toxic comparison phase of my design life where I have so many people I look up to and sometimes it discourages me and makes me thing "why would someone go with me when they could go with X".

Do you think about all the aspects of a build during the design phase as well? Are the animations a part of your design that you intentionally set out to do and animate yourself? I know this is all over the place but thank you for taking the time!

This isn’t a scheduling thing, more of a ’conflict of interest’ thing. It seems that my job doesn’t like me doing this and sees me as competition, and has my contract ensure no job I take is over a certain amount. On top of that, I think many freelancers in general would feel strange advertising their services while still working at a studio that does the same. Curious on your thoughts, appreciate the guidance. I would even love to take your course but I’m feeling held back- there’s no point as i’m trapped. thank you!

I find both equally exhausting, but sending emails can be automated. content doesn't need me to show up daily, once it's posted it will do its numbers from there.

Most sites you see on Awwwards etc. have flashy, experimental, and visually stunning designs. 

They are very impressive but I have found most businesses need websites that use more conservative, straightforward designs to drive conversions and generate more business. 

Curious to know where you find your happy medium between your creative stamp and adhering to convention.

At what point do you jump off from FTE to freelance, and how do you make that decision?

I have 2 part time jobs (morning - 2 1/2 hours, late afternoon - 2 1/2 hours ) I want to freelance but im wondering if its possible to do that during those few hours I have each day.
